WHAT ARE THE FESTIVAL DATES?

The festival will be held on July 18th, 19th & 20th 2024. Tickets go on-sale each year on March 1st!

ARE KIDS UNDER 12 STILL FREE?

YES, kids under 12 are FREE to get in!

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING?

No, parking is free but limited. Please carpool!

CAN I BRING MY OWN CHAIRS?

Yes, all guests must bring their own lawn chairs. Chairs are NOT provided by the festival. We suggested low-back chairs so that everyone can see the stage.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN COOLER WITH FOOD AND BEVERAGES?

Yes! Feel free to bring a small cooler filled with your favorite food & beverage to enjoy during the concert. There will also be awesome refreshments for purchase on site including local craft beer and delicious food vendors.

CAN I BRING MY DOG / PET?

Sorry, NO PETS are allowed in the event venue, period.

CAN I SMOKE? WHAT ABOUT VAPING?

Sorry, NO Smoking and/or Vaping on Roseberry grounds, unless in designated marked areas provided by the venue. Roseberry is a historic site and is a treasured part of our heritage. We would be devastated to see anything happen to these amazing old buildings.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

All shows will occur rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather or lightning, the event may be delayed, postponed, or cancelled depending on the severity of the weather.

HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE?

Yes! We have a marked handicapped area on the north side of the venue. But really most of area is readily accessible on flat ground. We will also have a golf cart available to shuttle anyone with special needs to, and from their seats to make things easier for them.

ARE THERE GOING TO BE SHUTTLE BUSES RUNNING AGAIN THIS YEAR?

Sorry, not this year.

IS THERE ANY CAMPING AT THE FESTIVAL?

Sorry NO CAMPING of any type at the festival site, or on Roseberry grounds, including all festival parking lots. We know it sucks, but that is just how it is. Thanks, for understanding!

CAN I BE A VENDOR AT THE FESTIVAL?

Because of our agreement with the venue owners (Long Valley Preservation Society), we are ONLY able to have Food & Beverage vendors at this event. So if you are a clothes vendor, or your sell other hard-goods, we are unable to have you vend at our event. If you are a food and/or beverage vendor, please send us an email with your menu items and prices, and we will see if your fairs fit into our concept. Thanks for understanding!

ANY UNAUTHERIZED VENDING WILL BE SUBJECTED TO LOCAL LAWS AND ENFORCED BY OUR STAFF & THE LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT.

CAN I HELP VOLUNTEER IN TRADE FOR A TICKET?

Sure! We love our volunteer staff and wouldn’t be able to do this event year after year without them. That is why we are happy to trade tickets for volunteer shifts!
